Shoe Realty and Management, Inc. is located in the Greater Jacksonville, Florida metropolitan market. We service properties in Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker and Saint Johns counties. We area  locally owned company established in 2007 after working close to ten years for a traditional real estate firm that did not allow the customer options when buying, selling or renting their homes. We have worked in the customer service industry for 25+ years and know that when you can not offer a customer options they will find a company that will provide them choices. 

At Shoe Realty and Management, Inc. you will find we can meet your most basic needs by simply marketing your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a low flat fee. This option affords you a much greater audience to market that your home is for sale. We also offer traditional full service real estate services where you hire our firm to handle all aspects of your home sale including marketing, meeting with buyers, negotiating and completing contracts, handling inspections and getting you to the closing table. 

Shoe Realty and Management, Inc. also provides professional property management services specializing in residential single family and multi-unit properties. We provide a variety of services including maintenance management, leasing, contract administration and accounting.
